Know someone that wants to be a part of this year’s event, but walking / running isn’t their thing? We still need some sturdy boots on the ground! And even have an opportunity to fund raise for a charity of your choice!
Please pass the word and send interested parties our way. Anyone that wants to help out just needs to fill out the form at the link below to get on the list.
And if you’re walking / running…pay close attention to the local scouting groups, students from high school national honor societies and athletes from the local x-country and track & field programs…and be sure to give them a high-five and smile….there are few things as inspiring to our young people as watching adults give their all!
A map with parking and suggested cheer zones can be found here: SPECTATOR MAP
People are vital to getting the runners from point A to point B! Our course marshal volunteers will be stationed at the start and finish, and all along the course at key instruction areas. This helps keep our runners on track and moving towards the finish!
Water & Aid Station Helpers
Helping keep our runners properly fueled and hydrated is off the utmost importance! Your group could help out all at one location during the race making sure the runners know that it’s “Water First! Gatorade Second!”. Help them reach their goals!
Loudmouth Cheer Zones!
Wait a minute! Volunteering could turn into $500 for a favorite local charity! A group, family, organization or whoever can put together a team to get out on the course and cheer the runners on! It’s a big lift to our competitors and if they vote you the best on the course, you will receive $500 to donate to your favorite charity!
